1. Returns
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of luxury decor, the following are non-refundable:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used or damaged items not due to shipping
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.
5. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos for verification
- We will replace or refund at no additional cost
6. Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- After this window, processing begins and cancellation may not be possible
